Really kind service, guy running the show is personable and really approachable, it's good to know an actual human's running the business and not trying to turn a profit of pets that passed. I was crying on the way there but ended up having a good conversation and laughed a bit talking to him. Also the only business to actually be open 7 days a week, lots of crematoriums are listed here and did not pick up the phone. He immediately picked up and said he could be there in an hour. Even offered to keep some pet fur too.

We planned to use a service to put our dog down but he didn’t make it in time for his appointment and passed away on his own at our home. I called Pet Love crying, upset and confused on what to do and thankfully they had a driver come after hours to help us.
